SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA STONEWORK
For this private residence in Southern California, our team was commissioned to produce custom interior and exterior carved elements in a specific selection of travertine. The project required our team in Italy to process multiple blocks of the selected travertine to create door archways, window surrounds, balconies, corbels, columns and capitals, as well as other decorative elements throughout the home.
The process of creating the custom Corinthian Capitals began with the collaboration of the architect, interior designer and client on the design which was then closely followed by our team based in Carrara, Italy, through each phase of the travertine block cutting, carving, hand finishing.
