WOODSIDE POOL HOUSE

Cooritalia's Architectural Elements and Windows & Doors divisions collaborated on this distinctive ADU/Pool House addition inspired by the famed Château de La Colle Noire. Reclaimed French terracotta roof tiles provide an authentic historical reference on the exterior. Zola Beige Limestone in a range of finishes was used for interior paving as well as range of carved elements including a fireplace surround and kitchen hood to add detail and character throughout the project. Painted Sapele wood windows and doors are designed and hand crafted in Italy to inspire authenticity. Custom painted Cremone door hardware provides a historic aesthetic, while incorporating modern multipoint locks for security. The project includes hidden, retractable insect screens for homeowner comfort.
