Project Financial Analyst - Bookkeeping

CoorItalia is an established company (20 years) in the Luxury Stone and Windows & Doors market. Headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in Los Angeles and New York, we work with high-end Designers and Architects throughout the US. The Company’s recent growth is at a point that we are looking for a Project Accountant to support the head of Project Management and the CFO for the company.

This position requires experience in financial accounting and project management, with the ability to multitask while maintaining focus. You will also be assisting in bookkeeping, by booking bills, generating invoices, tracking job profitability, etc. The position is ideally suited for a candidate with some Construction, or Construction School Experience, or a recent MBA eager to explore a full spectrum of real job profitability issues.

Duties Include:

  • Provide direct assistance to Head Project Manager to ensure all project financial goals are met in a timely and accurate manner

  • Support the CFO in analyzing job profitability 

  • Build and maintain financial accounting spreadsheets for all active projects

  • Generate spreadsheets for costing or reporting purposes

  • Issue and track Purchase Order agreements with fabricators and subcontractors

  • Liaise with contractors, technical team, and other project stakeholders as directed

  • Liaise with sales and technical teams to verify and communicate full scope for ongoing and  prospective projects

  • Build and maintain database of material and labor costs

  • Maintain relevant digital files, database logs, inventories, and project documentation

  • Draft and issue project correspondence as directed 

  • Assist with procuring cost estimates, samples, or mockups from fabricators

  • Follow-up on all project billables, including manufacturing phases and change orders

  • Book Bills and generate invoices using Quickbooks 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven and successful experience in project financial accounting or project management preferably in Construction

  • 1 year experience with Quickbooks or similar book-keeping software

  • Expert knowledge of Excel (functions, formula creation, etc), Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Suites

  • Basic knowledge of database tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheets, Airtable, or similar

  • Proven ability to generate and deliver accurate documentation in a timely manner

  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively

  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • API Programing experience

  • Blueprint reading experience

  • CRM experience

Essential Qualifications:

Sales representative for natural stone

Cooritalia is a growing Natural Stone Architectural Products company that is based in San Francisco. We are looking for an experienced sales representative with current and established clients portfolio in the high end residential industry. Specific role will be promoting cut to size natural stone. The Architectural Elements Division supplies cut to size stone work, new and reclaimed terracotta pavers and reclaimed European roof tiles.

We are looking for a successful Architectural Sales representative with established relationship with high end residential architects and interior designers in North California. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cut to size stone work for high end residential project.

Position Description:

  • Skilled at working independently without supervision, but able to meet deadlines and anticipate issues, bottlenecks, etc.

Cooritalia is a growing high end Architectural Products company that is based in San Francisco. It has two divisions, Windows & Doors and Architectural Elements. The Windows & Doors Division supplies Steel, Bronze, Aluminum and Wood Windows and Doors for High End Residential and Commercial Construction projects throughout the USA. We are looking to add a Sales representative our Windows and Doors Division

Position Description:

You will drive appointments with top architectural firms and contractors to identify upcoming projects where Cooritalia windows and doors products could be used.
